All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales on alethom.com are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed and the digital product has been made available for download, regardless of whether the download was actually completed.
This is because:
Digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" once accessed;
Once downloaded, files cannot be verifiably deleted from the buyer's device;
Offering refunds after delivery would expose our intellectual property to misuse.
Before You Buy
Because all sales are final, we strongly encourage you to:
Carefully read the product description and compatibility notes;
Review all sample/preview images provided;
Confirm you have a compatible, supported version of Adobe Lightroom;
Try our free Starter Pack to test compatibility and editing style before purchasing a paid collection;

Exceptions
We will consider a replacement or fix (not a cash refund) only in the following limited cases:
Technical/file error: you received a corrupted file, an empty download, or the wrong product due to a technical issue on our end;
Duplicate purchase: you were accidentally charged twice for the same order.
In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at [support email] with your order number, and we will resolve the issue by providing the correct file(s) or, where appropriate, processing a refund for a verified duplicate charge.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in suspension of access to your purchased Products and any associated account or download access.
